🎪 Welcome to the Circus: My ADHD Sucks

If you’ve ever opened your laptop to “get things done” and somehow ended up deep in a YouTube rabbit hole about raccoons on jet skis… you’re home.

Welcome to My ADHD Sucks — where chaos isn’t just a side effect, it’s the whole brand.

Let’s get one thing straight: I didn’t create this because I’ve “mastered” ADHD. I created it because I absolutely haven’t. My life looks like a motivational poster caught fire — inspiring, but mostly smoke.

I’ve tried all the things. The planners. The systems. The “3 easy steps to change your life” nonsense. Spoiler: it didn’t work. You can’t spreadsheet your way out of executive dysfunction. I know — I’ve tried.

So instead of fighting the mess, I decided to embrace it. My ADHD Sucks is my corner of the internet where we stop pretending everything’s fine and start laughing at the fact that it’s clearly not.

🧠 What This Is

This isn’t another “how to fix your brain” blog.
This is the “screw it, let’s light a candle and make a meme about it” kind of place.

You’ll find posts about forgetting appointments, overcommitting, hyperfocusing on weird hobbies, and the absolute emotional rollercoaster that comes with having a brain that feels like a browser with 137 tabs open — one of them playing music and no idea which.

And because I clearly don’t know when to stop, there’s also a podcast, where we unpack all this chaos out loud. It’s raw, it’s funny, and it’s often recorded while I’m running late for something important.

🔥 Why “My ADHD Sucks”?

Because it does.
But also… it doesn’t.

ADHD sucks when you’re crying over a missed deadline. It sucks when you’re trying to explain to someone that “I forgot” doesn’t mean “I don’t care.”
But it’s also weirdly wonderful. It’s creative. It’s intense. It’s the part of us that sees ten possibilities in one idea — and occasionally all ten at once.

So yeah, my ADHD sucks. But it’s mine. And maybe yours sucks too — but if we can laugh about it together, maybe it sucks a little less.

💬 Stick Around

This brand isn’t about fixing ADHD. It’s about owning it.
One meltdown, one meme, and one tiny win at a time.

Because pretending it doesn’t suck… sucks.
